What happened when your mother told you what to do? You probably did the opposite, right?
As your wellness coach, I'm not going to tell you what to do. Together, we'll come up with the best habit for you to work on that will get you closer to your goals (ie. what you want). It's a team approach.
We'll start by getting a good sense of where you are currently, and what's getting in your way. We'll also do a body composition scan as a baseline.
Every 2 weeks, we'll meet for 30 minutes (virtually or in-person) to check-in and see how you've done. If you found the habit was easy, we'll have two choices: make that habit a little more challenging, or layer a new habit on top of it. Think of it like building blocks: you don't want to add another layer until the base is secure.
