Join us for the 2022 CrossFit Moncton Intramural Open!
Every Friday for 3 weeks, starting Feb.25, we will run heats of the CrossFit Games Open WODs.
This year’s Intramural Open is going to be awesome. We’re going to have 2 teams with 2 captains per team. All of the captains will be trainers that were split up based on last year’s results and availability.
Registration will give all participants access to the Team Spirit events, custom event socks, and prizes.
*You are NOT required to register for the CrossFit HQ Open to participate in our Intramural Open, but you may choose to do both.
