Open to ANYONE. Come get a great workout before the birds are up, and have time to enjoy the rest of your day. No experience necessary. You DO NOT need to be a member of CrossFit Moncton to participate.
We need a minimum of 6 people to run the course, so you won't be charged until we reach the minimum. There is a cap of 14.
Program starts Oct.3. It's 4 weeks, every Tuesday and Friday from 5:15-6am.
