You've asked so here it is a five week Bad Ass Oly Clinic, we will work on the Snatch, Clean and Jerk and some barbell cycling to get you ready for the Open and upcoming competitions (if that's your thing, I hope it is). Or just improve your lifts and efficiency. Let's face it - lifting heavy is fun!
The clinic will run from January 21st - February 18th every Sunday morning from 7:30am until 9am. Come early and get a warm up and some mobility in before we start so we can have more time to focus on lifting!
