This is 4x12 week programs, with a 1 week break between programs. The one week break is designed to reduce 'journal fatigue', and allow a little break from weighing and measuring.
This option includes:
-Initial meeting to review Triage Questionnaire
-MyFitnessPal practice session
-InBody body composition scan
-Weekly macronutrient adjustments (as needed)
-One 30min check-in per month (in-person or video)
