Have a hard time with Overhead Squats? Or your rack position is pretty tight? Spend an intense 60 minutes with Coach Amanda at CrossFit Moncton on getting some hands-on experience improving your mobility and learning how to get into better positions! Session 1 will focus on mostly upper body mobility including Posterior and Anterior Shoulder, Arms and Trunk.
