Sunday' evenings, youth in this 4-week program focus on barbell movements where technique is the main priority. Once they show proper form, they are rewarded with gradual increases in weight as they develop as an athlete. This is designed for youth with an ability to focus on specific tasks (generally ages 9+).
Kids Lifting Prep Course MUST be done prior to registration of this program.
