Bad Ass Rowing Class This will be 4 sessions, every Sunday at 7:30pm, Feb.14- March 7. Coach Kevin will take you through all the intricacies of rowing. The sessions will cover the following: -Rower anatomy -Phases and common faults -Positional drills -Pacing drills -Additional tips -Practical test with personal video analysis and drills to correct -A kick-ass cardio WOD that will incorporate the rower. Space is limited to 8 people.
