Open to men and women of any fitness level/ability. We offer the semi-private sessions with an experienced CrossFit trainer to coach you through the foundational movements used in CrossFit. This is a great opportunity to get your introduction to CrossFit as it is designed to get you into our CrossFit classes so you can start improving your fitness.
Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation and will be contacted to set up your first session.
