Open to men and women of any fitness level/ability. We offer a 4 week program with scheduled classes twice per week. You will be in a small group setting with an experienced CrossFit trainer to coach you through. During the 4 weeks you will learn the foundational movements used in CrossFit, get in some weight & cardio training and be exposed to a lot of fun and challenging workouts! This is a great opportunity to get your introduction to CrossFit as it is designed to progressively get you into it, starting with the basics and building with each session.
